Job Overview:As the Project Manager, you will be the backbone of the show, ensuring all aspects—from contestant coordination to sponsor management—run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Challenger Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for contestants, ensuring they have all necessary information and support throughout the season.

Sponsor Management: Coordinate with sponsors to ensure their needs are met, including ad placements, mentions, and branding opportunities.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with production, marketing, and creative teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.

Miscellaneous Duties: Handle unforeseen tasks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all aspects of the show run smoothly.

You’ll be in charge of creating and posting content on social media, responding to comments, engaging with the audience, and sending inworld notices in Second Life. Also help in marketing inworld . The ideal candidate will have skills in photography, video editing, and social media engagement.
